This project in Independence included a full bathroom renovation, interior and exterior painting, flashing repair, and deck refinishing. The focus was to improve both the look and durability of the home, inside and out.
The objective of this project was to modernize the bathroom with updated finishes and improved layout, while refreshing the home’s interior and exterior with high-quality paint. At the same time, we addressed flashing repairs to prevent moisture issues and refinished the deck to restore its appearance and durability. Overall, the focus was to enhance comfort, protect the home from the elements, and add long-term value.This project focuses on improving cleanliness, modernizing shelters, implementing sustainable practices, providing real-time information, and enhancing safety to create a more comfortable and efficient transit experience for commuters.
By combining interior upgrades with essential exterior repairs, this project delivered a balanced transformation. The home now feels refreshed, functions better day-to-day, and is well-prepared to handle the seasons ahead.The Public Park Green Space Enhancement project will contribute significantly to improving urban living conditions by revitalizing public parks into vibrant, sustainable, and accessible spaces for recreation, relaxation, and community engagement.
